I am a Boston-based antiques appraiser.  Objectivity and independence are key qualities I strive for in conducting antiques appraisals.  Clients, whether here in Boston, or throughout New England, look to me to provide them with information about their antiques and other fine decorative arts so that they can make an informed decision.  Antiques appraisals, any appraisals, should be unbiased and the appraiser should not have an interest in the property being valued. I am not, therefore, a representative of any auction house, in Boston or anywhere, I am not an antiques dealer, nor am I an estate picker. I have a passion for the decorative arts and find the researching and writing of antiques appraisals most rewarding as it allows me to constantly be learning about antiques and meet the people who own them.  I have written antiques appraisals in the Boston area, as well as from Maine to Manhattan and look forward to consulting you in the appraisal of your antiques and other personal property.
